We built this project from the ground up in the city of Santa Clarita, it is a 2 building plan totaling 4900 Sq Ft. of garage, office, customer waiting area, bathrooms and the entire driveway and parking lot including on sight fire hydrant. The entire project took 9 months from ground breakeing to opening doors for business.
